Develop sampling plans and procedures for validating unit/activity accountability and inventory certifications.

Monitor all unit standardization/evaluation type programs ensuring adherence to all requirements defined in Department of the Army (DA), National Guard Bureau (NGB), and local publications or other applicable directives.

Identify or create metrics and measures progress toward accomplishment of unit plans, programs, goals, and objectives regarding federal property and supply accountability.
