A. I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-9 level in the Federal service. More specifically, this experience includes, but is not limited to, the following: providing technical IT support to customers to include the ability to communicate in an non-technical manner with end users; experience with administering a cloud application; knowledge of performing automated tasks; following defined standard operating procedures; and addressing support requests with team lead oversight and support.

B. I have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree; or LL.M., if related. (NOTE: Applicants who select this response must provide transcripts as verification of their education).
