2. Collect and digitize various technical, scientific and professional documents, photographs, field manuals, videotapes, films, maps, slides, and negatives in preparation for cataloging and indexing.

14. Operate scanning equipment, and assuring the quality control of images and files to include adding document properties, tagging documents, running Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and converting files to PDF.

16. Ensure digitized images meet imaging parameters such as color and tone reproduction, scanning resolution, file format, image enhancement or modification, and metadata extraction.
