A. I have independently performed all the duties of a Utility Worker at a hydroelectric power project to include performing general support duties, minor assemblies, rough carpentry work, and basic concrete work and operating light motor vehicles in the performance of these duties. (My resume reflects present or past experience performing these tasks.)

B. I have performed the majority of the duties of Utility Worker at a hydroelectric power project, steam generating or industrial facility providing general support, operating light motor vehicles, doing minor assemblies and rough carpentry work with minimal supervision. (My resume reflects present or past experience performing these tasks.)

C. Without more than normal supervision, I have performed the majority of the duties of a Utility Worker at a large industrial facility supporting journey level crafts workers involving a knowledge of elementary trade practices such as assembling and passing tools, carrying tools and equipment, sorting and rough placement of materials, cleaning, sorting and replacing parts and materials; cleaning and storing tools and equipment. I have performed these duties with dependability and reliability. I also have the ability to operate light motor vehicles and boats. (My resume reflects present or past experience performing these tasks.)

D. I have assisted others with minor carpentry work and able to do simple tasks without assistance.

E. My training or experience is not reflected in the above statements, but I am willing to learn.
