Thank you for your interest in the Program Analyst GS-0343 position with Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency (FSA). Please respond to the following questions. I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service which includes: (1) Conducting management surveys, organization studies and process improvement studies; (2) Attends meetings with management to discuss information relating to findings and conclusions.

I have successfully completed a master’s or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B or J.D. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position, such as: Any Field of Study. I have successfully completed a Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position, such as: Any Field of Study. C. I have the specialized experience as described in A, but less than one year; and I have at least two years of graduate education as described in B, but less than the required three years.
