Assessment 1
Specialized experience for the GS-15: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes ALL of the following:
  • Preparing or reviewing evidentiaries and petition requests and related documentation such as those that meet legal sufficiency to support the imposition and removal of sanctions; AND
  • Preparing or reviewing sanctions investigations or contributing to the related documentation; AND
  • Working with senior managers, such as the U.S. diplomatic, law enforcement, or intelligence communities; AND
  • Conducting evaluations, examinations, or other fact finding studies to obtain or verify information (e.g., research of administrative, program, or legal issues and application to facts); AND
  • Planning, developing, administering, and managing a diverse staff through subordinate managers.
