To be qualified for this position at the GS-14 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level. This experience is defined as:
-Working with public housing, voucher and/or community development programs (i.e. Operating Subsidy, Capital Fund, Section 8 vouchers, Family Self Sufficiency, HOPE VI, Moving to Work, homeownership, community and supportive services (CSS), housing development and financing); AND
-Analyzing issues/problems, develop strategies, and present solutions to senior management and high level officials, orally and in writing; AND
-Communicating through written communication, documentation, and report writing.
