3.
Serve as Operations Test Lead. Develops an operational test plan based on system requirements.
4.
Coordinate with external link players, fighter Wings, AWACS, JSTARS, and/or any Command and Control (C2) platform that can interface with the equipment being tested.

Coordinate schedules, resources and limiting factors with maintenance sections, external agencies (NGB, ACC, AFLCMC, CSC, 505th, 605th).

Develop testing requirements and how they will be performed.

Develop briefings and attends multiple teleconferences to provide direction and clarification to ensure all test and mission objectives will be executed in an efficient and timely manner.

Coordinate augmentation pre-arrival needs, assign crews and ensure test plan is followed.

Develop work schedules, assigns crew leaders, performs base-lining to test plan requirements to ensure all equipment, documentation, supplies, and mission support elements are in place.

Coordinate and receive initial contractor training for all crew members on non-system of record equipment prior to performing test events.

Develop safety agreements for un-fielded and experimental equipment.

Conduct Set up Procedures.

Develop configuration plans, manning and time tables.

Conduct mission briefings with Pilots and other C2 Platforms.
15.
Provide crew briefings for all missions (Air-to-Air, Aerial Refueling, Link mission, System Training Events, and Maintenance brief).

Execute test; ensure equipment can perform C2 mission through other C2 platforms (coordination), Large Force exercises (LFEs) and day-to-day Operations.
17.
Collect and disseminate test data to include crew debriefs, system under test evaluations and test problem reports.
18.
Coordinate with all agencies during testing, going through a pre-test overview, end of day findings.
19.
Complete daily reports.
20.
Trouble shoot problems, develop solutions and workarounds to assist the Test Director with determining what acceptable Course of Action is required to continue testing.
