Supervision of employees who perform the work of gardeners, maintenance and custodial workers, and laborers.

Use foliage feeding, root feeding, and soil additive techniques in fertilizing water plants.

Sterilize soil and adjusts soil content by increasing/decreasing and/or adjust pH factor in line with plants requirements.

Utilize methods of plant propagation for water lilies and related type plants grown at the Gardens.

Provide direction and guidance to a crew for the best care for water ponds plants and aquatic plants.

Enter and track data by using the Parks FMSS system, or similar maintenance management system.
