1. This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. 15. This position requires the incumbent to obtain and yearly maintain an Individual Reliability Program (IRP) certification in accordance with Army Regulation 190-56.
