Incumbent must have knowledge of the theories, principles, practices and techniques of General Engineering required to make critical judgements made during project construction to meet demands and satisfy overall requirements. Ability to independently use and interpret National, State, and Local Building and Safety Codes as evidenced by possession of either a Professional Engineer (PE) registration by any U.S. State or Territory or be a Certified Health Care Facility Manager (CHCFM).
