B. I have a bachelors degree in any other field with at least 15 semester hours in accounting. Semester hours in investigative or research course may be substituted for accounting.

C. I do not have a college degree however, I have the appropriate semester or quarter hours described above, and audit or accounting experience that, when combined with education, would equal a 4-year course of study.

A. I QUALIFY FOR THE MA-12 PAYBAND. I have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, mathematics, dairy or food science, or agricultural economics with at least 9 semester hours in accounting OR I have a bachelor's degree in any other field with at least 15 semester hours in accounting OR I have the appropriate semester or quarter hours described above, and audit or accounting experience that, when combined with education, would equal a 4-year course of study. The experience has equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform at the grade level to which appointed.

B. I QUALIFY AT THE MA-13 PAYBAND and above. In addition to the basic requirement listed in question 1 above, I have the qualifying professional experience or graduate education (or an equivalent combination of both) as follows. I have six months of professional experience for each grade for MA-13 in a field directly related to the position to be filled: (1) Providing systematic examination and appraisal of production, sales, inventory, and financial records to determine the accuracy of reported data; (2) Assisting with the preparation of work papers and related documentation to support audit findings and conclusions; (3) Utilizing financial reporting systems and accounting procedures to conduct on-site audits; AND (4) Documenting audit findings and recommendations for usage in final audit report.

C. Graduate Education: In addition to the basic requirement listed in question 1 above. I qualify for the following grade level using directly related graduate education. MA -13 applicants must have half a year of full-time graduate education in accounting, finance, mathematics, dairy or food science, or agricultural economics with at least 9 semester hours in accounting.

D. I do not have the education and/or experience listed above.
