For the GS-14: All candidates are required to have one year of Specialized experience at the GS-13 level or equivalent in other public or private sectors, that is directly related to the position as listed in this announcement and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position includes:

Experience utilizing project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc) to manage project teams in implementing, modernizing, or enhancing IT systems and/or applications;
AND
Experience presenting written and oral presentations, and providing guidance, to management, Senior Executives, and/or external subject matter experts.
