Specialized Experience: Do you possess specialized experience for the WG-07 Level which demonstrates the ability to operate one or more motor vehicles including platform trucks, van trucks, fuel trucks, stake trucks, dump trucks, and trash removal trucks which typically have an approximate gross vehicle weight of more than 11,700 kilograms (26,000 pounds) and up to 14,400 kilograms (less than 32,000 pounds). Experience operating vehicles and tractors, some of which may be equipped with special-purpose powered equipment: experience operating platform, van, stake and dump trucks, refueling vehicles passenger buses or ambulance buses?

Specialized Experience: Do you possess specialized experience for the WG-08 Level which demonstrates the ability to operate and perform operator maintenance on straight-in-line trucks which typically have an approximate gross vehicle weight of more than 32,000 pounds. Experience demonstrating ability to operate truck tractors with semi-trailers or full trailers and motor coaches. Experience operating vehicles over a variety of roads including interstate highways, narrow country roads, and on steep winding grades. Identify, inspect, and segregate equipment or material as it is received for obvious damage and needed repairs and initiating discrepancy reports.

Interpret packing manuals and specifications and determine containers, protective devices, cushioning materials, methods, and techniques needed for packing a variety of tools, parts, equipment, and other items.

Determine proper identification, marking, labeling, and inclusion of shipping documents and special handling instructions on all shipments.

Select the proper type of grade of wood, Masonite, plastic, or other materials needed and plan how to best utilize materials available.
9.
Operate truck tractors with semi-trailers or full trailers to transport personnel or pick up and delver supplies, materials, or equipment.
