4. Unless otherwise directed by the DSS, support every weekend Medical Readiness Event (MRE) in the state with appropriate staff to schedule meetings with SM in case management, update unit leadership, attend medical synchronization meetings and may provide dental support. (limit characters)

May conduct site assistance visits for peers and leaders within the organization on the need or request for case management, programs for injured Soldiers processes, Reserve Component Managed Care Program and processes, how case management assists with treatment plan development with civilian treatment providers, and the disability evaluation system processes for Soldiers who are not capable of returning to duty in accordance with Army regulation Discusses deployability and readiness requirements with the Soldier and the Leadership and provides education on possible outcomes in accordance with Army regulations.
