1. Select the one statement that best describes the education that you possess that demonstrates your ability to perform the work of Operations Research Analyst at the GS-14 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal Service.

A. I have a bachelor’s degree (or higher degree) in operations research; or a degree with at least 24 semester hours in a combination of operations research, mathematics, probability, statistics, mathematical logic, science, or subject-matter courses requiring substantial competence in college-level mathematics or statistics. At least 3 of the 24 semester hours must have been in calculus. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)

B. I do not possess the education described above.

2. Select the one statement that best describes the experience that you possess that demonstrates your ability to perform the work of Operations Research Analyst at the GS-14 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal Service.

A. I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes: Utilizing automated system models for identification and analysis of data to support assigned projects and studies; designing research and study methods for a broad program operation; and identifying pertinent information through various data collection and analysis procedures.

B. My experience is not reflected in the above statement.
