1. This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Top Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A pre-employment and recurring comprehensive background investigation that includes, but is not limited to, contact with all references, employers, co-workers, personal associates, and a review of your driving record, credit history, criminal history, and military service are required. Are you willing to undergo pre-employment and recurring investigations to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance as required? (limit characters)
2. The duties of this position meet the criteria for compliance with Federal and Department of the Army Drug Free Workplace Programs. Detection of the presence of drugs is warranted. This position is subject to a pre-employment screening, and random testing thereafter, to include testing based on reasonable suspicion and testing due to direct involvement with an on-duty accident. Are you willing to refrain from the use of illegal drugs and submit to a pre-employment drug screening and random testing thereafter to obtain and maintain employment in this position? 3. This position has been designated "Mission Essential". In the event of severe weather conditions or other such emergency type situations (natural or man-made disaster) the incumbent is required to report to work or remain at work as scheduled to support mission operations. 4. This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 60% of the time. Are you willing and able to travel away from your permanent duty station up to 60% of the time? (limit characters)
5. This is a DoD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Appointment to this position does not confer competitive status. Prior to appointment applicants are required to sign a statement indicating they understand the conditions of employment or assignment to the position and acknowledge the consequences of failing to meet and maintain those required conditions. 6. Appointment to this position is subject to a three year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in DoDI 1400.25 V3005, Cyber Excepted Service, Employment and Placement. 7. This position is subject to an on-call, 24x7 mission requirement and may be subject to rotating shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays in times of emergency or crisis. Are you willing to work on-call and/or rotating shifts? (limit characters)

10. Must be able to meet position requirements for certification at Level II in Information Assurance management (IAT-11) within six months or less of entrance of duty. 11. In accordance with DISA's cyber readiness inspection training guidelines, an employee will be granted a limited number of attempt(s) to successfully pass all required courses of training.
