Are you currently, or have you been within the last 5 years, a Presidential appointee (with or without Senate confirmation), Schedule A or Schedule C political appointee, an appointee serving in a political capacity under an agency-specific authority, or a Noncareer SES employee in the Executive Branch?

Have you ever graduated from an OPM approved SES Candidate Development Program? If yes, you must provide evidence of graduation/QRB Certification.

Are you a current or former Career SES and your ECQs have been certified by OPM's QRB? If yes, you must provide an SF-50 showing your status as a career SES.

If you are a current or former Career SES, have you completed your one-year Career SES Probationary Period?
