This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required. Are you willing to undergo pre-employment and recurring investigations to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance as required?

Provide systems engineering and technical integration guidance for the planning, design, development, acquisition, and implementation of major complex, critical IT and/or cyber security systems.

Enforce engineering best practices on projects.
5.
Provide technical oversight and assists in project initiation and execution; planning and developing project cost estimates; developing technical and contractual requirements; and overseeing the engineering, test and acceptance, and life cycle management of foreign military sales (FMS) cases.

Prepare overall project recommendations from a technical ADP standpoint, to include a cost estimate, time requirements, interdependencies, contractual needs, and regulatory requirements

Provide technical oversight and assist in project initiation and execution; planning and developing project cost estimates; developing technical and contractual requirements.

Identify and review specific U.S. partner nation user IT requirements; conduct analysis in the IT marketplace to determine the appropriateness of current and planned vendor solutions.

Serve as representative in working groups regarding software development, automations and orchestration, and configuration management policies, standards, processes, and operating issues.

Perform IT product studies, with emphasis on interoperability and standard interfaces. Review Army and DoD IT policy and regulations for impact on contracts and product offerings.

Develop and maintain a strong understanding/knowledge of partner nation IT capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities in all global combatant command (GCC) areas of responsibility worldwide.

Attend meetings and reviews with counterparts in industry, GCCs, partner nations, and other military and federal agencies. Evaluate the results of those meetings, prepares reports, and recommendations
13.
Work with APM to resolve relationship problems or conflicts that impede the progress of the project. Ensure that government and/or contractor personnel work effectively toward timely completion of projects.
14.
Review and assess the effectiveness of the efforts of Government activities/contractors in meeting the technical and administrative requirements of the assigned major project.
15.
Provide training and mentoring in technical or engineering work for Partner Nation personnel and APMs as needed.
