QUALIFICATION REQUIRMENTS: To qualify for this position, you must meet the qualification requirements outlined below:

EDUCATION/GENERAL EXEPERIENCE GS-05: To be eligible for this position at this grade level, three (3) years of progressively responsible experience, one (1) year of which was equivalent to at least GS-04, is qualifying for GS-05 level positions. General experience is experience that involved dealing with others in person-to-person work situations, in obtaining and providing a variety of services for an organization, or other work that demonstrated the ability to perform successfully the work of the position to be filled. Your experience must demonstrate the ability to deal with others in person-to-person work situations, obtaining and providing a variety of services for an organization, or other work such as a customer service associate gathering, analyzing, and researching customer requirements for resolution of issues.
OR
EDUCATION: Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree, in an accredited college or university, is qualifying for GS-5 level positions.
OR
Equivalent combinations of education and experience are also qualifying for grade levels for which both education and experience are acceptable.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE GS-07:
To be eligible for this position at this grade level, you must have one (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
