3. Knowledge and understanding of all life support and chemical/biological defense equipment utilized by the units aircrew to ensure life support equipment/components meet airworthiness criteria, operate within specified tolerances and in the proper sequence, and are mission ready to support the requirements of day-to-day operation as well as sustained critical combat operations. 4. Inspects, tests, calibrates, certifies, evaluates, troubleshoots, disassembles, repairs, overhauls, assembles, replaces, as necessary, and issues life support parts and equipment. (limit characters)
5. Installs, removes, and inspects all Life Support equipment on the unit aircraft. (limit characters)
6. Utilizes a variety of complex, state of the art diagnostic testers/systems/specialty tools to test, troubleshoot, and repair all life support equipment utilized by the unit. (limit characters)
7. Performs precision soldering on flexible circuit boards to repair/replace defective parts. (limit characters)
8. Utilizes multiple computer main frame programs/data bases. (limit characters)
9. Knowledge of materials handling, inventorying, and supply procedures to store and maintain adequate supplies of life support parts and equipment. (limit characters)
10. Operates material handling equipment utilized in receipt, storage, and shipment of the unit life support supplies and equipment. (limit characters)
11. Certified to plan, organize, develop, direct, implement, conduct, and evaluate formal academic classroom and technical instruction on a wide variety of life support topics to provide initial and recurring training for all aircrew and passengers. (limit characters)
12. Certified in handling, shipping, storing, and ordering multiple hazardous materials to include munitions/ammunition assets. (limit characters)
