Specialized experience is defined as one year of experience at the GS-14 level or equivalent in other public or private sectors, that is directly related to the position as listed in this announcement and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience must include all of the following:
- Oversight of program-level initiatives, including Section 508 accessibility standards; AND
- Experience managing the implementation and maintenance of an integrated enterprise IT system; AND
- Experience leading teams overseeing Section 508 Program electronic information technology and providing guidance and advice to senior leadership.
