6. Provide assistance with pay systems by correcting processing errors such as Time and Attendance records not being received, being rejected or transaction code corrections and system build issues. (limit characters)
7. Create and assign automated tickets as necessary to tract/respond to pay inquiries. (limit characters)
8. Contacts agencies or payers, to obtain missing accounting data and/or resolve other discrepancies that would prevent payment. (limit characters)
9. Responds to agency inquiries concerning payroll/personnel system processing. (limit characters)
10. Prepares form letters and returns documents to agencies or payers when they are unacceptable for processing. (limit characters)
