SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Do you possess specialized experience for the WG-08 Level which includes experience or training that demonstrates a basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic theory and the makeup and operation of the various individual systems and their interrelationships; Experience using a small variety of test and measurement devices; Experience removing, adjusting, replacing, cleaning, and installing a variety of parts, components and accessories; Experience reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, diagrams, and schematics?

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Do you possess specialized experience for the WG-10 Level which includes experience or training removing, adjusting, replacing, cleaning, and installing parts, components, and accessories; Experience which provided working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic theory applying to powered support equipment and systems; and skill to replace, fit, install, and make adjustments; Experience which provided working knowledge of the makeup and operation of the various individual systems maintained and their interrelationships; Experience reading and interpreting parts lists, manufactures' repair manuals, diagrams, and electrical schematics?

Troubleshoot deficiencies and repair flight critical equipment including lifting devices, turbine powered generators, towing devices and auxiliary power units.
5.
Repair of power ground and other support equipment used in aircraft servicing and repairs.
6.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and components related to electrical power production equipment and aircraft arresting systems.
7.
Trouble-shoot equipment and determine the extent of repairs as well as the parts required.
8.
Troubleshoot, tune-up and adjust of internal combustion and turbine engines, fuel controls, carburetors, clutch linkage, brakes and other mechanical links that utilize common hand tools and a variety of test equipment.
9.
Troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, or rebuild diesel or gasoline engines, generators, starter motors, carburetors, associated generating and distributing equipment and aircraft arresting systems.
10.
Read and apply technical manuals, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings and to measure and work.
11.
Maintain records and equipment log books.
12.
Preventive maintenance and servicing of equipment including repairing and replacing tires, lubrication, oil changes, replacing air, fuel and oil filters, checking fluid levels.
