Assessment 1
Specialized experience is one (1) year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the federal service, which has equipped the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of this position successfully. Specialized experience is defined as:

-Providing leadership, coordination, and guidance to Housing Program staff; and
-Coordinating the servicing, loss mitigation and risk management program activities through the review of both FHA-Insured forward and reverse mortgage loans; and
-Supervising a staff tasked with interpreting Housing Policy and Housing Program Support Operations.
