11. Coordinate drafts of or edits to testimony for the Director and wiitness to be given at Congressional hearings, and follow-up materials, such as questions for the record and transcripts. (limit characters)
12. Coordinates and prepares briefing sessions and materials to preparedness Director and any witness for appropriation and authorization hearing and briefings. (limit characters)
