The Information Technology Specialist occupation has specific educational requirements which apply to all positions. Analyzes and corrects deficiencies in the present system including SQL Script for SAP-HANA or to provide for the use of new equipment or techniques.

Provides technical direction, planning, integration, development and operation of the Business Application Program Interface (BAPI).
12.
Develops new SAP FIORI and FIORI Elements programs or modify existing applications and recommend solutions for assigned projects related to SAP S-4 HANA financial systems.
13.
Applies expert knowledge of analysis and planning techniques to develop SAP UI5 applications in a S4 HANA system from conception to implementation.
14.
Performs periodic and scheduled analysis on installed systems and diagnose problems encountered in systems operations.
15.
Prepares and delivers formal presentations and briefings to external customers to gain support for system policies and secure system input.
16.
Conducts briefings for information systems on the application of new software implementation projects.
17.
Maintains liaison with top management officials in other organizations to identify system requirements and/or issues.
18.
Defends and/or negotiates the agencies position on significant issues related to both the current system and the long-range development effort.
19.
Develops SAP modules and complex functions using the Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) programming language using the latest SAP S4 Hana software.
20.
Creates specialized reports for SAP modules using the Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) programming language.
21.
Uses comprehensive knowledge and skills using SAP ABAP programming tools.
22.
Applies knowledge, techniques and principles of SAP financial system including SAP S4 HANA functional areas.
23.
Instructs or provides guidance to team members on design and project objectives involving the implementation and maintenance of the SAP financial systems.
