This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the WG grade indicated. This experience must include activities such as:
  1. Experience managing, monitoring or performing overall maintenance, servicing, inspections and documentation for one or more highly technical, high performance military aircraft. 
  2. Experience overseeing ground movement of aircraft.
  3. Experience ensuring Unit Level Logistics-Aviation (ULLS-A) and other aircraft documentation accurately reflects status and airworthiness of assigned aircraft. 
  4. Experience planning, developing and conducting proficiency training during the technician work week to a multi-faceted workforce comprised of Full Time Support (FTS) and supported unit personnel.
