Apply the theory, principles, and methods of wildlife ecology, biology, and management to inform land management decisions to large geographic areas.

Analyze proposed research or wildlife management plans and projects and provide technical responses, summaries, draft modifications, and recommendations.

Develop/manage resource projects in compliance with provisions of the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) and Endangered Species Act (ESA).
