I have made final determinations on the acceptance or disposal of standard and non-standard equipment and work with a high degree of independence.

B. I have the ability to perform the full range duties which include supervising subordinate employees and subordinate supervisors or leaders. I have provided guidance for other workers on a day to day or weekly basis. I have assigned work for getting a job done through subordinates and have made decisions on what needs to be done and when. I am skilled in organizing tools and materials. I have led other employees during emergency situations or other assignments. I have encouraged and instructed subordinates to work effectively and accurately with success. I am skilled in making decisions for hiring or disciplinary actions of employees. I have made determinations on the acceptance or disposal of standard or non-standard equipment. I work on my own initiative under general supervision subject to occasional inspection.

C. I have the ability to perform common duties which include supervising subordinate employees and subordinate supervisors or leaders. I have responded to subordinates regarding instructions, specifications, and tools needed to accomplish their tasks. I have planned and organized production flow and training schedules. I have supervised employees while observing work in progress to anticipate and resolve problems to meet schedules or deadlines. I have assigned work based on priority to subordinate employees. I have made final determinations on the acceptance or disposal of standard equipment. I have trained other employees to properly identify and determine condition codes of material. I work under normal supervision of a work leader or journey-level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed.

D. I have the ability to perform simple such as assisting in providing guidance for other workers, or I have received training on job assignments and organizing tools.

E. I do not possess the abilities described above.
