Use two-way radio (or other device) to maintain communications with dispatcher/supervisor on assignments and locations.

Orient passengers to the area.

Communicate clear instructions to passengers regarding bus operation.

Communicate potential medical issues, accidents, or other incidents that may occur to appropriate personnel.

Operate a passenger vehicle on roads without shoulders, narrow roads, or uneven/rough surfaces.
