Operates equipment such as backhoes, loaders and trucks in excess of 10-tons to excavate, backfill, and level ground.

Drives equipment affected by slopes utilizing clutches, levers, brakes and valves to safely navigate through soil conditions and terrain.

Maneuvers heavy operating equipment close to buildings, trees, rocks, sidewalks, roads, light poles, overhead power lines and electrical equipment safely across a 128.5 acre facility.

Operates heavy equipment utilizing safety precautions for underground utilities such as natural gas, oxygen, and electric high voltage duct banks, fiber optic duct banks, and signal wires to prevent energy and electrical stoppage on the facility.

Utilizes plow trucks and loaders for salting and snow removal operations to increase ground safety on the facility.

Operates fork lifts to move equipment such as steel plates and park benches that will either be relocated or discarded.

Drives heavy equipment in close proximity to other motor vehicles, traffic signs and fire hydrants.
