4. Maneuvers heavy operating equipment close to buildings, trees, rocks, sidewalks, roads, light poles, overhead power lines and electrical equipment safely across a 128.5 acre facility.

5. Operates heavy equipment utilizing safety precautions for underground utilities such as natural gas, oxygen, and electric high voltage duct banks, fiber optic duct banks, and signal wires to prevent energy and electrical stoppage on the facility. (limit characters)

7. Operates fork lifts to move equipment such as steel plates and park benches that will either be relocated or discarded. (limit characters)
