Vehicle Operation

This position requires that the incumbent possess a valid Driver's License. From the descriptions below, select the one response that best describes how you meet this requirement. Completes routine pre-trip inspections prior to vehicle operation.

Clean and maintain shop areas including organizing and storing supplies and equipment.

Dig ditches and trenches with grade/slope using pick and shovel.

Level grades and fill holes for road and trail surfaces.

Maintain general cleanliness and viewing vistas of grounds that includes mowing, edging, cut trees and heavy vegetation, repair fire pits, and pick up litter from grounds and roadsides.

Properly load and haul equipment using 1 ton truck and trailers (up to 20 ft length) to and from jobsites.

Mix and pour concrete, asphalt, and hot/cold mix to make repairs to walkways and damaged roads.
