I am consulted by other workers because of my expertise performing the more than unusual and complex duties of the trade, especially in situations where more than ordinary skills are required. I have knowledge and experience that demonstrates the ability to independently complete conservation and preservation work of stone and metal monuments, markers, and plaques. Examples include: 1) removing of mortar; 2)repair of pointing; 3)forming lead pointing; 4)repairing lead joints of monuments; 5)cleaning stone and bronze monuments and plaques by power washing and/or walnut shell blasting; and 6)applying wax treatments to historic bronze pieces.

B. I am able to perform a full range of the Maintenance Worker (MVO), WG 4749 07 tasks as listed in "A" on my own initiative and under general supervision and subject to occasional inspection.

C. I am able to perform 4 out of 6 of the Maintenance Worker (MVO), WG-4749-07 tasks as listed in "A" above under general supervision and subject to regular inspection.

D. I am able to perform only a few of the simpler tasks listed in "A" above, however, I am willing to learn.
