10. Develops, prepares, presents, justifies, and defends analyses and summaries of budget performance to service Chief and at annual budget calls, staff meetings, impromptu meetings with senior leadership, related conferences, and during compliance audits. (limit characters)

21. Track and monitor all Contracts for FMS. This tracking will include tracking length of contracts, exercise of options, and availability of funding for future option periods.
The Business Manager will coordinate timely submission of complete procurement packages to ensure most current Procurement Action Lead Times (PALTs) are met.
