1. In order to qualify at the GS-09 level, you must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to at least the GS-07 level in Federal service. Please choose the response that best describes your specialized experience as related to the qualification requirements for this position. Experience performing and/or assisting in at least three (3) of the following duties: (1) Use of automated systems and /or processes that includes federal space acquisition, federal real property transactions or interagency agreements. (2) Use of systems to complete administrative support functions such as completing monthly reports, completing monthly lease payment transactions, or entry of new lease agreements; (3) Experience working with various customers and stakeholders, both internal and external, assisting them and answering questions when needed; (4) Maintaining accurate files and reports with minimal input and direction from a supervisor.

OR master's or equivalent graduate degree, or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or LL.B. or J.D., if related.

OR You may combine specialized experience and education to meet the minimum qualifications.

2. In order to qualify at the GS-11 level, you must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to at least the GS-09 level in Federal service. Experience performing three (3) or more of the following duties: (1) Preparing and processing realty documents and titles in compliance with Federal laws, title regulations, and procedures for the acquisition of land rights; (2) Providing technical guidance, oversight and monitoring of easements and land purchase contracts; (3) Conducting negotiations with private parties and various entities for property rights; (4) Using a GIS database and plats to verify accuracy of lands inventory.

OR have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, OR 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, OR LL.M., if related.
