Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience with relevant tax laws, rules, and regulations which may include individual and business tax law, collection techniques and enforcement, actions, regulations, practices, tax forms, notices, bills, and other documents to manage sensitive case problems; Experience identifying the nature and scope of problems or issues, making appropriate adjustments to accounts, and advising taxpayers of options available for meeting tax obligations; and Experience using the AUR system for research, updating and adjusting accounts to resolve taxpayer's inquiries.
