Do you possess experience or training that has provided the candidate with the ability to plan, manufacture, and install cylindrical, square, or rectangular-shaped objects that have easily constructed fastenings such as single and double-hem edges and single, double or grooved seams? 2. WG-08: Do you possess 12 months of experience or training planning, manufacturing, and installing cylindrical, square, or rectangular-shaped objects that have easily constructed fastening; experience cutting and forming by using basic hand and powered tools such as hammers, chisels, hand snips, band and circle saws, squaring shears, seamers, bar folders, breaks, and stakes; experience assembling parts by seaming, bolting, screwing, riveting, tacking, spot-welding, or soldering; experience demonstrating a basic understanding of using measuring instrument? 3. WG-10: Do you possess 18 months of experience or training in planning, layout, and construction skills to manufacture items and systems with dovetailed seams, set-in-bottom seams, burred-bottom seams, or wired or lock seams; experience using more complicated shop tools and equipment; experience in using metals including stainless steel, copper sheet, magnesium, honeycomb material and alloys; experience demonstrating the use of more complicated mathematical calculations and complicated measuring instruments? 4. Operate and maintain power shears, metal brakes, rolls, dimpling machines, drills, saws, heat treating furnaces, hardness tests, arc and oxyacetylene welders and other metal working equipment. (limit characters)
5. Remove and repair such parts and assemblies as frames, stringers, longerons, bulkheads, beams, ribs, spars and skins. (limit characters)
6. Troubleshoot aircraft structures such as fuselage, tail, wings, cowlings and stabilizers (limit characters)
7. Fabricate and fit patches to damage areas as necessary to retain or restore original strength of aircraft. (limit characters)
8. Inspect for corrosion conditions and determine needed repairs. (limit characters)
9. Diagnoses malfunctions engines to determine degree of disassembly, repair, modification, and adjustment needed (limit characters)
10. Use diagrams, schematics and technical publications to make necessary repairs and modifications. (limit characters)
11. Analyze, interpret and follow work orders, blueprints, specifications, sketches. (limit characters)
