This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required. Are you willing to undergo pre-employment and recurring investigations to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance as required?
2.
Appointment to this position is subject to a one year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315. While probationary the incumbent can be terminated with limited appeal rights. Are you willing to serve a one year probationary period?
3.
This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of twenty-five percent (25%) of the time. Are you willing and able to travel away from your permanent duty station up to 25% of the time?
4.
Do you possess a current, unrestricted license to practice clinical social work independently in any one of the fifty states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands?
5.
When the state or U.S. territory licensing or certification requirements include a written examination, candidates for credentialing, must have achieved a passing score on that examination. Are you willing to successfully complete all examinations required for this position?
6.
Applicants MUST maintain active clinical credential for the duration of employment.
7.
Applicants MUST sustain current competency to practice at the independent Clinical Practitioner (TIER III) level.
8.
Government civilian providers must meet all applicable credentialing requirements IAW guidelines and be fully qualified to perform within the scope of their practice.
9.
Are you willing to comply with requirements of Public Law 101-647 Section 231(Crime Control Act of 1990), DoDI 1402.05 and for non-appropriated fund, Army Regulation (AR) 215-3?
10.
You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases and vehicle licenses.

A forty-hour work week is typical of this position. Hours of duty may vary depending on mission needs, some evening and weekend hours may be required. While on-call, the incumbent must be available by telephone with the ability to respond in person if needed. Are you willing to work outside of your normal work hours as needed?

This is a non-critical sensitive position requiring access to ITII systems and/or access to PII. Are you willing to keep sensitive information private?
13.
This position requires a Child Care background check in accordance with DODI 1402.5 (e). Are you willing to undergo a Child Care background check?
