GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Do you possess experience which has provided the applicant with a knowledge of aircraft weight and balance computations; aircraft performance data; aircraft records maintenance; and aircraft systems?

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Do you possess specialized experience for the GS-10 Level which includes qualified in UH-60V also NRCM Flight Instructor/Standard Instructor (UH-60) 600-ASINl; Possess a high degree of technical competency in aircraft systems operations. Proficient in the principles of instructions, and demonstrate good judgment, patience, tact, and a desire to instruct; Knowledge of electrical, communications, navigation, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems applying to aircraft and related systems, flight theory, minor in-flight maintenance, personal equipment and oxygen use, aircraft emergency procedures, and using and interpreting diagrams, schematics, loading charts, technical publications, and flight manuals; Ability to communicate orally and in writing to prepare lessons, documents, and reports. Knowledgeable of methods of instruction, aircrew training program requirements, procedures, and standards of performance?

Knowledge of the full range of aircrew duties and responsibilities, methods of instruction and requirements of the program, performs standardization, currency, instrument, proficiency, tactical, emergency and special tasks evaluation flights.

Assess newly assigned individuals' level of experience and training through review of training records and/or proficiency flight evaluation to determine proficiency and skill status.
5.
Provide training on in-flight planning and coordination responsibilities, operating principles and characteristics of major aircraft systems, aircraft parameters, operational/mission requirements, equipment systems operation/and troubleshooting, proper and correct methods of performing aircrew duties.

Brief on mission equipment and use of life support equipment and safety emergency procedures.
7.
Maintain records of operational equipment indicating flights, repairs, maintenance and Inspections; coordinate with maintenance personnel on activities on discrepancies requiring action.
8.
Plan and conduct aircrew training program.
9.
Determine and monitor factors and data affecting performance of aircraft, such as temperature, altitude, humidity, field conditions, configuration and weight of aircraft, on aircraft takeoff, flight and landing, and keeps pilot informed.
10.
Apply knowledge of a full range of aircrew duties and responsibilities, methods of instruction and requirements of the program.
11.
Provide assistance to the pilot in preflight planning, monitoring adherence to flight plan, and operating alrcraft engines and a wide variety of aircraft control systems, e.g., engine, fuel, electrical, hydraulic, fire suppression, environmental, pressurization throughout the flight.
12.
Perform a variety of administrative functions associated with administration of the enlisted aircrew training program.
13.
Prepare for combination loads determining placement of cargo and passengers within weight and balance limitations.
14.
Ensure all necessary course materials and training aids are available, technical and related publications are current, keeping crew members informed of pertinent changes.
