18. Prepares analytical reports, including recommendations for improvement, redirection of emphasis, or alternative measures to achieve goals.

19. Establishes and communicates the schedule of documentation and panel review sessions for the peer review of National Programs and projects.

20. Provides orientation information to panel chair and panelist and answering questions about review procedures.

21. Collects and compiles outcomes and scoring documentation results as a matter of record.

22. Develops official correspondence to reviewers concerning the organization's response to review recommendations.

23. Participates in establishing and communicating panel schedules involving research plans, panel review sessions for national programs and area research.
