- Experience in providing legal oversight and technical guidance in connection with Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Trade Secrets Act (TSA), Privacy Act and related
statute and regulations, Administrative/regulatory matters
- Experience in providing legal guidance and litigation support in all aspects of personnel matters, including under the Equal Employment Opportunity Act.
