Experience, education, or training which has provided you with a general knowledge of one or more aspects in the supply field. Experience using computer and automation systems.

Must have experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade. Experience analyzing, developing, evaluating to improve supply programs, policies, procedures, techniques, etc. Experience involving the control of supply stocks and accounting for equipment. Knowledge of supply functions, cataloging, maintenance, and disposal procedures. Experience in cost estimates, budgets, or funding management. Experience conducting extensive searches for required information; reconstruct records for complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations support. Experience requiring person-to-person contacts to convey information and ability to compile reports, letters, memoranda, etc.

Must have experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade. Experience supervising and/or managing supply personnel and a variety of supply functions. Knowledge on the entire inventory management supply system. Experience coordinating with other organizations on complex and controversial supply issues. Experience providing advice and guidance on supply regulations to upper levels of management regarding supply functions.

Monitors required unit equipment inventories and is active in the development, scheduling and execution of special command physical inventories.

Directs the loan of equipment between units within the command. In coordination with the USPFO, request/directs loans of equipment to and from entities outside of the command/state, preparing inter-service support agreements and memorandums of agreement as appropriate.

Develops reports and briefings outlining study findings and recommendations; preparing and coordinating reference papers and documentation to support project initiatives; presenting reports to a variety of audiences; and performing analysis and providing recommendations to resolve issues.

Directs actions to improve/correct undesirable supply conditions, practices and policy in the command. Manages, controls, analyzes and recommends corrective action for property losses in the command.

Performs special assignments in support of the organization; e.g., researching policy and comparing to new or modified guidelines to assess impact; analyzing and providing substantive evaluation of data affecting program operations.

Maintains current command supply analysis on trends of effectiveness and efficiency.
11.
Develops, implements and evaluates the effectiveness of the Command Supply Discipline Program. Provides guidance on interpretation of directives and assists units, organizations and activities in supply and services matters.
