Clean rest rooms in commercial facility using proper equipment and techniques.

Sweep sidewalks, stairways and roadways to maintain clean and neat appearance of public areas.

Read and interpret labels, manuals and manufacturers diagrams.

Read and understand work orders in order to complete work assignments.

Read and follow written instructions on the safe use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Operate auto-scrubbers, commercial vacuums, floor polishers/buffers, and snow blowers and have the ability to clean and make adjustments to the powered cleaning equipment.

Perform minor operating maintenance on heavy powered equipment like lawn mowers and snow blowers such as adding fuels, cleaning and lubricating parts, and tightening connections.

Use a wide variety of hand tools such as hammers, saws, screwdrivers, rakes and shovels.

Clean office spaces including high dusting, polishing, window cleaning, and rug vacuuming and shampooing.
16.
Move furniture, supplies and other equipment that weighs in excess of 50 pounds.

Use common personal safety protective equipment including ear protective devices, safety glasses and hard hats.

Protective devices on equipment including blade guards on mowers and saws.
19.
Use handcarts, dollies, hydraulic hand truck when moving, loading and unloading materials and supplies.
