Prepare statements of work and specifications for indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts.

Develop authoritative presentations to solve highly controversial issues for watershed planning.

Assist in the preparation of preliminary investigation and feasibility reports, for watershed plans.
