Specialized Experience for the GS-13 level is one year of experience at the GS-12 level, or equivalent that has equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.

-Keeping Congress or State Legislatures informed of problems and deficiencies in Department programs and operations; AND
-Representing and interacting with officials in or out of the government to explain, promote, and resolve issues relating to an agency's mission; AND
