1. To meet the minimum qualifications for the GS-0560-11 position, you must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience at the GS-9 level in the federal service or an equivalent level. Select the statement below that best represents your specialized experience. Your resume and/or supporting documentation must clearly support your responses to the questionnaire. A. I have at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at the GS-09 level in federal service or equivalent. Specialized experience is defined as experience monitoring an organizational budget and recommending adjustments based on analyses of data.

B. I have successfully completed a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. To be creditable, education must have been obtained from an accredited college or university. (You MUST submit transcripts or proof of education to verify your claim.)

C. I do not possess the full amounts of experience and education as are described in A and B above. However, I have a percentage of the education and experience which when combined totals 100% of the necessary education and experience to qualify for this position. To be creditable, education must have been obtained from an accredited college or university. (Only graduate level education will count toward the percentage.) (You MUST submit transcripts or proof of education to verify your claim).

D. I do not have the above education and/or specialized experience.

2. To meet the minimum qualifications for the GS-0560-12 position, you must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience at the GS-11 level in the federal service or an equivalent level. I have one year (52 weeks) of demonstrated experience at the GS-11 level or equivalent in the federal service analyzing financial data and budget reports to develop organizational resource allocations and budget submissions, and monitoring an organizational budget and recommending adjustments based on analyses of data.
