Do you possess experience, education or training involving judgment and/or analytical ability in the logistics field. Experience using computer and automation systems?
2.
Do you possess at least 1 year experience at the previous lower grade or equivalent experience and education or training identifying activities involving logistical support operations. Experience integrating the actions of a variety of specialized support activities in order to develop a comprehensive logistics plan. Experience monitoring such functions as program planning, resource and fiscal management, training, manpower management, and/or automated data processing to meet the logistics plan. Experience identifying delays or problems and developing corrective actions. Experience working with people from various levels and backgrounds to elicit their cooperation to perform specific tasks, and complying with regulations, laws, or practices. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.

Command and control, planning, and execution of wing deployment operations and the distribution of cargo and passengers.

Operate Deployment Control Center (DCC), Reception Control Center (RCC), and Installation Deployment Readiness Cell (IDRC).

Manage wing's War Reserve Materiel (WRM) and Support Agreements.

Exercise direct supervision over subordinate personnel
7.
Direct subordinates, to include assigning responsibilities, providing guidance, and establishing standards of performance

Establish and explain expected goals and assess overall performance in reaching these objectives

Approve leave and work schedules
10.
Resolve informal complaints through discussion and negotiation with employees, supervisors and union representatives, and mediate problems between subordinate flights.
11.
Advise the Logistics Readiness Squadron Commander on flight related issues.
12.
Participate in unit assessments, inspections, installation deployment plans, deployments, disaster preparedness exercises, and Unit Control Center operations required to maintain the highest state of readiness.
