Do you possess experience, education, or training involving planning, developing, or administering quality assurance programs (i.e., supporting the development, acquisition, production, use, maintenance, storage, and supply of products concerned with the systematic prevention of defects and non-conformances, the identification of unsatisfactory trends and conditions, and the correction of factors which may contribute to defective items). Experience using computer and automation systems?

Do you possess at least 1 year experience at the previous lower grade or equivalent experience and education or training, involving principles, techniques and accepted practices of quality assurance work (i.e., the application of statistical sampling techniques sufficient to perform assignments or preparation of technical reports on quality levels to identify specific problems). Experience in the application and theory of specialization using applicable publications. Experience in the preparation of technical reports on quality levels to identify specific problem areas and to recommend corrective action?

Develop the AASF Quality Management Plan (QMP) that documents the management and operational policies and procedures to ensure work processes, products, or services to satisfy expectations and quality standards.

Review Army materiel maintenance policies and operational procedures.
5.
Develop quality assessment plan to evaluate and improve quality of maintenance production and work processes
6.
Conduct evaluations to identify strength problem areas, failure trends, faults in methods and procedures, and other deviations from quality standards.
7.
Provide technical information and advice on maintenance procedures and techniques.
8.
Maintain the AASF master library.
9.
Recommend changes to publications and blank forms (DA Form 2028) and material deficiency, and Quality Deficiency Reports (QDR).
10.
Conduct formal training of quality assurance and quality compliance principles, procedures, techniques, and skills
