Must possess 12 months of specialized experience which demonstrates your ability to serve as a subject matter expert in managing a Security Forces program to include Air Expeditionary Force (AEF) deployments, formal training programs, and emergency management; provide guidance and recommendations to the higher headquarters on aspects of Security Forces programs for military personnel management, budget and management; and analysis, training, and training resources for personnel? The specialized experience must also indicate your experience in commonly used methods, procedures, regulations and other guides that relate to training programs within the applicable Security Forces career field; skill to apply analytical and evaluative techniques to the identification, consideration, and resolution of program related issues and problems; develop, analyze, and evaluate security training programs to meet mission requirements and improve the security-training program for the installation; skill and competence to instruct training courses in a classroom seminar setting; and knowledge of applicable law enforcement and military security, along with Federal and DoD rules, regulations, instructions, practices, principles and procedures including force protection, integrated base defense, anti-terrorism and physical security.

Reviews operations, mobility, contingency, and exercise plans to ensure combat readiness for the Security Forces function.
